Congratulations to Mitchel Fleming on celebrating 5 years with Otraco🎉🎉🎉

Starting as a trainee back in 2021 at our operations on AngloGold Ashanti Australia's Sunrise Dam, Mitchel entered a traineeship program and completed his Cert II in Automotive Tyre Servicing with the Otraco Training Centre.

Today Mitchel is a qualified Tyre Technician and continues to work with the team at Sunrise Dam👍

Career Pathway - Trainee to Qualified Tyre Technician!

In presenting Mitchel with his 5-year award, Operations Manager West, Victor Duong said that Mitchel has been integral to the continued success of Otraco's operations onsite.

"It's great to recognise Mitchel's 5 years with Otraco. He came up through our traineeship program and brings excellent skills as a Tyre Technician and a strong commitment to safety which has helped the team achieve outstanding results including 20 years LTI free earlier this year."

Sunrise Dam - 20 Years LTI Free

Also pictured is Mitchel with his onsite team. They are one of two teams based at Sunrise Dam. Otraco has had teams onsite for 20 years. Earlier this year the teams achieved 20 years LTI free! This marked a major milestone achievement in the prevention of Lost Time Injuries onsite and recognition of the unwavering commitment to SAFETY FIRST, ALWAYS by all teams over a staggering 20-year period!
