We are seeking an experienced Tyre Rim Specialist to lead rim inventory auditing and compliance across our RTIO operational sites in Western Australia.

This role is critical in ensuring that rim stock levels, condition, and receival practices meet safety, quality, and operational standards and align with Australian Standard AS 4457.1:202.

Rim Supervisor

Candidates will be required to demonstrate the following skills, capabilities and experience:

✅ Knowledge of earth mover tyre and rim industry, tooling and associated consumables

✅ Exposure to mining operations across differing clients and commodities

✅ Two years earthmover tyre fitting experience

✅ Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Australian standards

✅ Ideally 6-months experience at a Leading Hand level

✅ Cert II in Automotive (Mechanical – Tyre Fitting and Repair Heavy)

✅ Valid HRWL Forklift Ticket

✅ A valid HR Drivers’ License
