Sharing the announcement with teams, General Manager David Gunther highlighted the critical role that the operations leadership structure will have in supporting and shaping the future of Otraco.
"These new announcements align with our strategic goals to continue to strengthen our client operations and support the creation of new opportunities for innovation and collaboration across our regions". David Gunther.
The new leadership roles report directly to the General Manager and have immediate effect.
Leadership Appointments
Ben Holden will lead our work with Rio Tinto as Operations Manager Rio Tinto Iron Ore. Ben has been with Otraco for over 10 years. Commencing his career as a trainee, Ben has been successfully supporting our Rio Tinto Iron Ore operations as Regional Manager for the past three years and brings a wealth of operational knowledge to his new role. Congratulations Ben!
Victor Duong will lead our work with all Western Australian clients, excluding Rio Tinto, as Operations Manager West. Victor has worked with Otraco for 14 years. Starting as a graduate student, Victor has held engineering and leadership roles across Otraco, most recently focused in the Western Australian region. Victor brings an engineering and operations insight to his new role. Congratulations Victor!
