We are pleased to announce that Otraco has been awarded the Tyre Management Services Contract at Northern Star Resources Ltd’s Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines (KCGM) Operations. The contract start date is the 1st of July 2024 with a term of three years and marks the return of Otraco to KCGM Operations.

Commenting on the announcement, Otraco’s General Manager Greg Glennon said: “This contract win is a significant milestone for Otraco’s WA Goldfields strategy. Having delivered tyre management services to KCGM for over 20 years from 1999 to 2020, our team is looking forward to being back onsite to support KCGM’s operational success.”

With a focus on continuing to foster valued relationships in the local community, Otraco’s Operations Manager – West, David Gunther said: “An exciting aspect of our mobilisation and return to KCGM will be recruiting local tyre fitters to join our team and the commencement of a Vocational Education Training (VET) training package with a local high school. We’re looking forward to developing long-term, valued relationships with the local Kalgoorlie community.”
