In October, one of our team members Madelaine Duiker, a Tyre Fitter based on BHP's Jimblebar mine in the Pilbara, Western Australia is participating in the One Foot Forward fund raising event to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.

Throughout October, Madelaine will be walking 200km in her own time and is aiming to raise $1,000 in donations!

ABOUT THE CHARITY

One Foot Foward raises funds for the Black Dog Institute so that they can put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

Madelaine is looking forward to starting her 200km walk on October 1st.
